Westfield – The Westfield Foundation recently donated $30k to the We Love Local fund which is dedicated to helping independently owned local businesses in Westfield, NJ. The Westfield Foundation matched $30k in donations received in March. The Covid19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on small businesses in Westfield, surrounding communities, the state and nation. The fund has raised over $225k since it was announced.

For 45 years, the Westfield Foundation has provided funding support in the areas of the arts, health, aging, historic preservation, social services and civic projects. In addition to supporting capital projects of established social service agencies in the community, the Westfield Foundation has also been and important resource of ‘seed money’ for smaller organizations and emerging needs.
