BOGAERT GRANT CRITERIA

Bogaert Fund Considerations in Evaluating Applications

  • All proposals that show promise of making a significant contribution to the welfare of the community and its citizens are given careful consideration.

  • The Bogaert Fund favors awarding grants for community needs not capable of being met from other sources and does not fund repetitive or ongoing programs and projects.

  • Bogaert Fund grant awards are for specific programs and projects covering a specified time.

  • In addition to adherence to The Westfield Foundation’s general grant criteria, Bogaert Fund applications are evaluated on their plans for implementation and completion.

  • The Bogaert Fund is supportive of 501(c){3} organizations that seek funding from other sources and demonstrate the ability to continue programs and projects after the Foundation grant expires.
