Foundation grants funds for Purchase of Shuttle Vans for UCC students

Union County College was able to purchase two shuttle vans with money awarded by the Westfield Foundation.

The vans offer UCC students free, safe and reliable transportation between the Cranford, Elizabeth and Plainfield campuses of Union County College as well as transportation to and from the Cranford train station.  Each van is wheelchair accessible and can hold up to 20 passengers.

The Westfield Foundation has been serving the needs of the community for 45 years.  Established as an endowment to provide a lasting source of funding, The Westfield Foundation seeks to support programs and projects that improve people’s lives.
